Working Hard
We endeavor to produce adventures and supplements for the games we play and love. We add color and depth to our favorite TTRPGs.
100%
Commitment to Excellence
We want to be proud of what we are creating and we want our products to reflect that. It is our desire to completely flesh out ideas that will enhance the roleplaying game experience.
160
Years of Experience
Combining our experience as gamers, writers, and lovers of the fantasy gaming genre, Bardic Mischief brings a lot to the table. When we get our heads together, the creative sparks fly!
Our Current Areas of Focus
We have a myriad of ideas and projects in the works. What are we up to now?
01
The Torn Lands Campaign
Our team leader, Jinjeet has provided us with a unique campaign concept. Two feuding factions clash to determine the rulership of the land. However, things are not all that they seem as dark forces manipulate the playing field for their own selfish machinations.
02
Shadowdark RPG
Our major focus is creating content to be played within the Shadowdark RPG rules set. We at Bardic Mischief feel that Kelsey Dionne and the other contributors at Arcane Library continue to do brilliant work for the right reasons. Please support their efforts by visiting www.thearcanelibrary.com
03
Rules Agnostic Supplemental Material
Like most gamers we have found additions and changes to rules that might solve a problem or issue. We are formalizing our homebrewed ideas so DMs can add them to their own tables. Our hope is to provide solutions that are flexible enough to be added to a plethora of rules sets.
04
Dungeons and Dragons
We hope to write original content for D&D play in the near future. We are waiting to see how the changes in D&D licensing will impact how independent content designers operate.
05
Pathfinder 2E
We love Pathfinder 2E too. Much of our upcoming content will be intended for use in the Pathfinder 2E rule set. We can’t resist!
06
Virtual Tabletop Platforms
Look for Bardic Mischief products to be offered in formats for Fantasy Grounds Unity VTT, Foundry VTT, and Roll20 VTT as early as Spring 2024.
Our Amazing Team
Diverse in experience but like minded.

Drew “Jinjeet” Phillbrick
Greetings and welcome to adventure! I am Drew, I live in Arizona, and I create and manage epic tales of adventure for tabletop role-playing games. I have over 40 years experience as a game master for many different fantasy and sci-fi RPGs, and I enjoy everything about the classic and the new games. I am a GM for real-life games at my home, as well as several online campaigns using Fantasy Grounds. Hundreds of players from all around the world have enjoyed my epic tales, and most have returned again and again to experience the next campaign. I have a Juris Doctorate, and a B.A. in History from Arizona State University, and I have found both of these accreditations are useful as a Dungeon Master. In fact, I believe my skill with D&D helped me immensely in law school, as the same tools I learned as a DM were useful as a law student (i.e. analyzing a set of rules to a hypothetical issue to arrive at an informed conclusion).

David Cole
Hello, I am Dave. I go by “Broadaxe” or “Daveind” in the game world. I have enjoyed role playing games as a player since the early eighties. I have experience with a variety of rulesets including Dungeons and Dragons 1st edition through the current 5th edition, Shadowdark, and Pathfinder 2E. About 35 years ago, I started Game Mastering off and on as a hobby but struggled to balance my professional life as a High School Teacher – Band Director with the free time required to GM long term. Now that I have retired as a teacher, I look forward to writing adventures and hosting games regularly full time. This is something of a dream for me and I am so excited to share my love of role-playing games, the fantasy genre, and group story telling with new friends.

Is this thing on? Oh, we´re live? Okay. So I am supposed to say something about myself right? Oookay, here it goes:
Hi. My name is Taketoshi and I play TTRPGs.
It started small and casually you know, first a one shot here, another there, then soon I was playing three campaigns a week, buying books and dice and memberships and… Sighs You know what it´s like right?
I multi-classed from structural engineer to D&D player, then I took a free archetype as a PF2E player. After bumping into Bardic Mischief in a tavern, somehow I was talked into accompanying them in their adventure to publish awesome material.
Writer, Creator, Social Media
Brenay Torres
Brenay Torres, currently working as a visual designer and professor at a local university, is part of the gang at Bardic Mischief, working as one of the campaign writers and designers. Brenay’s mission is to celebrate the differences and individuality that makes table top role-playing games engaging, fun, and enjoyable for so many. In doing so, Brenay hopes to bring many diverse new gamers to the table.
Having just started playing table top games three years ago, Brenay is the n00b on the team, but what she lacks in longevity, she makes up for with enthusiasm and engagement. Participating in up to five table top campaigns at any one time, Brenay knows what it takes to make a game enjoyable for many different types of players, allowing this knowledge to infiltrate each campaign she designs. Adding that to her creative talents and skills means she is a valuable addition to the team, helping to round out the other incredible writers and their many talents at Bardic Mischief.
